What we collect

When you send a request through this site, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email, phone number and message, and for a security incident report, what you are seeing and what is affected. This site uses no analytics or tracking cookies. Your cookie choice is saved in your browser so we do not ask again; you can change it from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your request and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who else sees it

Our website host, Cloudflare, processes contact form and incident report submissions, and our email delivery service, SMTP2GO, sends the emails they create, including the confirmation copy we send to you. Incident reports go to our help desk system, ConnectWise, as a support ticket. To keep out automated spam, both forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser before your message is accepted. Other than that, we share information only when the law requires it.
